  • Products can be ordered no later than the day before your travel.
  • You cannot change an order which you already submitted, however, you can cancel the order.
  • Your bank account is not charged for the order amount before you have received your products.
  • When experiencing flight delays or cancellations, you can also get your products the day after your original travel date. After one day, the order is cancelled.
